Job Description
Truck Driver Job Responsibilities:
- Drive and operate Box trucks with precision.
- Follow instructions, including locating and interpreting location and road maps.
- Pick up goods and materials, meticulously verifying loads for accuracy, and deliver them as per instructions.
- Efficiently load and unload cargo.
- Take responsibility for basic vehicle maintenance and consistently adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and processes.
- Complete and verify paperwork with a keen eye for accuracy.
Truck Driver Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safe driving practices.
- Required pallet jack experience; forklift experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift 80 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to pass random drug tests.
- Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions in the past seven years.
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
Education, Experience, and Age Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CDL - Class A or Class B or Class C.
- 21 years or older.
