Frank's Pool Services Inc. looking for Experienced Pool Maintenance Technicians Needed to hire ASAP. Weekly work activities includes: Pool Cleaning; Skimming; Vacuuming; Brushing Walls & Tile; Emptying Pump Basket; Emptying Skimmer Basket; Backwash Filter; Check Chemicals; Treat Pool with Chemicals; Email Service Log. Will offer TOP PAY based on Experience. Along with a $500.00 sign on bonus after 60 days on the job. Clean Driving Record a must. Take home work truck and company cell phone included. Responsibilities:

Pool Cleaning: Regularly clean and maintain swimming pools to keep them free from debris, algae, and other impurities.

Chemical Maintenance: Monitor and adjust pool chemicals, such as chlorine and pH levels, to maintain water quality within safety standards.

Water Quality Testing: Perform routine water quality tests and adjust chemicals accordingly to maintain a safe and balanced pool environment.

Filter Maintenance: Clean and backwash pool filters to ensure optimal filtration and circulation.

Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and service activities, including chemical usage, equipment repairs, and client interactions through our ION pool software.

Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing recommendations for pool maintenance and improvements.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards

Teamwork: Help out with a fellow employees split route when they are either sick or on vacation.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
