Whitemore James Black is a legal recruiting firm. We are presently assisting the Seattle office of a global law firm on their search for a junior to mid-level corporate paralegal. This role is hybrid-remote, with 3 days being in the Seattle office and 2 from home. The salary for this role is anticipated to be $65K to $85K DOE. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous vacation package.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of prior experience working as a case clerk or paralegal in a law firm setting. A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
As a Corporate Paralegal, you will work on both general corporate maintenance as well as high-profile transactions for public and private company clients.
