We run an IOP, working exclusively with Teens.

Using a multi-modal approach, our licensed psychologists, psychologist assistants, licensed spiritual psychology counselor, LCSW, LMFT, LMFTI and certified drug and alcohol counselors provide clinical services to our clients and their families.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to oversee our organization's programs and services. The Program Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of program development, implementation, and evaluation. This position requires strong leadership skills, a background in behavioral health or social work, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Who we are seeking

Insight Treatment, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is seeking therapists. Licensed and associate therapists are welcome to apply, however, you must have your BBS registration number. Supervisory and compliance experience are required.

Experience with teens and dual diagnosis population, preferred. Modalities include individual, group, and family therapy. Be mindful that the program hours are always 12:00 pm-8:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• Registered or licensed with the BBS or BOP in California
• AMFT, ACSW, LMFT, LCSW, Psychological Associate, Licensed Psychologist, APCC, LPCC.
• Previous supervisory experience or experience running a program

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with organizational mission and vision
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial sustainability
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee program operations to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program effectiveness and promote positive outcomes for participants
- Conduct ongoing program evaluation to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports to senior management on program performance and outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, including participant records and progress reports

Other Preferred Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of behavioral health services and working with individuals with mental health and addiction struggles.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience supervising staff and providing leadership in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective programs that meet the needs of diverse populations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
