Allstate, The Branson Agency, has been serving New Jersey for 50 years and is committed to providing exceptional insurance solutions and customer service. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales and Marketing Administrator. The Insurance Sales and Marketing Administrator will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing customers and managing our social media platforms.

• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Manage and maintain our agency's social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with the community, and generate leads.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their insurance needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the agency management to develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and customer outreach programs.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Unlicensed applicants will be expected to obtain Life & Health Insurance license within 30 days (all expenses paid)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales or similar sales role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
