Imagery Analysis Subject Matter Expert
Enabled Intelligence continues to grow and joining our team means playing an integral role for the future of government AI/ML capabilities. Data annotation is an essential component of the artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) lifecycle and is the core of our business. We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Imagery Analysis to support our Data Annotation Team on mission critical national security projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite, real time subject matter expertise guidance to data annotators as they are working on projects to assist with order-of-battle identification in high altitude and satellite imagery
- Provide guidance and support to QC Analysis on how to review/mark errors on images
- Assist in complete QA of the QC to insure 95% or higher accuracy rate
- Collaborate with Director of Training to roll out training new projects and assist with training needs
- Provide SME input to various teams including training, operations, business development and data science to contribute in meeting goals and company growth
- Work with annotation team supervisors and the Chief People Office to learn how to work with people with different abilities, communication styles and work place accommodations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 4-6 years of previous high altitude and satellite imagery analysis experience
- Experience working with Geospatial imagery including EO, IR and SAR
- Strong knoweldge of order-of-battle
- Previous experience doing QC/QA work with data annotation/imagery analysis
- Passionate about working in a diverse, people focused environment and willingness to learn how to work with people with different abilities with different communication styles
- Ability to work in the EI corporate office located in Falls Church, VA, Monday-Friday
- Compliance with the EI mandatory Covid-19 Vaccine Policy that requires all team members to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and provide proof of vaccination.
- Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain SCI
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of formal imagery analysis training program
- Previous experience developing and/or leading imagery analysis training
- Previous people management experience
- Military Experience
- Previous experience working with the federal government
- Active TS-SCI Clearance
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Standing and walking for multiple hours a day
Background Check & Security Clearance
- Applicants selected will be subject to background security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; clearance may be required
