Position: Project Engineer

Shift: 1st Only

$90,000 - 105,000 + 8.5% Bonus Package

Location: Ashland City, TN

Aegis Worldwide is partnering with one of the world's leading manufacturers of residential and commercial water heaters and boilers, offering a comprehensive product line featuring the best-known brands in North America, China, and India. As the Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing small to medium size projects from the initial conception all the way through launch. 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate or participate in team activities, providing management with timely feedback for critical decision-making.
• Coordinate activities of external contractors to integrate them into projects, ensuring satisfactory service standards.
• Estimate costs, resources, and time required for project phases, monitoring activities to meet targets.
• Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project teams to achieve project goals.
• Act as the primary customer contact, leading project review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and performance.
• Review project status, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.
• Analyze project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between project management, the project team, and line management.
• Manage the assigned project team and customer relationships.
• Interact with customers and manage subcontractors to ensure project completion.

​Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree Engineering.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Must have Manufacturing or Industrial experience.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
