BONFE- CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 

***Mid-Day Shift***

    1:30pm - 10pm

Tues-Wednesday Work From Home 

M, Thurs and Fri In Office

Responsibilities 

• Maintain standard call volume laid out in Key Performance Indicator’s (KPIs)
• Outbound calling whenever inbound call volume is low to maximize opportunities
• Assist in hitting company and department KPIs 
• Participate in training and utilize tools and resources to grow and develop as a professional. 
• Solve customer concerns to the best of ability, involving management when needed
• Advocate for the customer and for Bonfe

Desired Experience 

• Previous customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
• Experience with common office hardware and software (Microsoft Office products)
