Asphalt Crew Member

Western Engineering Company is looking for construction laborers and equipment operators who are hardworking and safety conscious. You must be dependable and be willing to work flexible hours that will include nights and weekends as needed. You will be working outside in all weather conditions and be responsible for duties as assigned by the Crew Supervisor. We are willing to train a candidate. This is a seasonal job position.

Requirements:

• Previous asphalt experience is a big plus!!
• Must successfully pass an employment drug screening.
• Must be committed to working in a safe environment while maintaining a safe working culture.
• Must be self-motivated as you are expected to work independently at times and in a team environment. 
• Must be willing to work flexible hours that include days, nights and weekends as
• Must be able to frequently perform physical tasks daily.
