***12 week commitment @ 20 hour/week***
The run-down:
- Preparation for a career in sports performance.
- Hands on learning from master trainers.
- Exposure to 1 on 1 training, groups, teams, program design, and assessment protocol.
- Exposure to business management, marketing, client database management, sales, and more!
Requirements and expectations:
- A deep desire to work in the sports performance industry
- Ability to bring strong interpersonal skills and encouragement on a consistent basis
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to interact and coordinate with parents, families, and coaches
- Professionalism and leadership abilities while working with all athletes and collaborating with trainers and coaches
