Refinishing Technician Description
- Responsible for repairing and refinishing wheels for vehicles.
- Painting, inspecting wheels, prepping, and buffing defects.
- Will use specialized equipment and techniques to remove scratches, dents, and other damage to restore wheels.
- Will operate and maintain CNC machine.
- Refinishing may involve sanding, painting, or powder coating the wheels depending on the type of wheel and extent of damage.
*The overall goal of refinishing is to make the wheels look as good as new and ensure they are safe and functional for use on vehicles.
Skills needed:
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication.
- They will receive on-the-job training. CNC machinist/welding experience is a plus.
- Qualifications and Requirements: Entry level, ability lift 50lbs, good attendance record, all positions can be physically demanding. We will train!
