Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Director of Training to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing training programs within the car wash industry, with additional experience in sales and customer service training. This role is pivotal in enhancing our team's capabilities and ensuring the highest standards of service across all locations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs for all levels of staff, from entry-level to management, focused on car wash operations, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and schedule training sessions accordingly.
• Design and update training manuals, educational materials, and course content.
• Conduct on-site training sessions and workshops at various locations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training on employees' performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate trainers and other training staff to achieve excellence in delivery and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations during training events.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in training and development, specifically within the car wash industry.
• Strong background in sales and customer service training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to various company locations as needed.
