Role
As a CNC Machine Operator (also known as CNC Technician, CNC Machinist), you'll operate computer and manually controlled machines to fabricate materials, load and cycle parts, run production lots, and detect malfunctions in machine operations. You'll also communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production runs. You'll have the opportunity to work on both day and swing shifts.

- Work in a metal manufacturing environment with extensive experience in precision lathe and mill setup and operation.
- 3+ years in a metal manufacturing environment with extensive experience in precision lathe and mill setup and operation.
- Experience with all manual inspection equipment and FAI processes.
- Ability to read and understand machine codes, set up own jobs and run first parts.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Trade school training and lean manufacturing environment experience a plus.
