Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of residential HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify issues accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service calls and projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• EPA certification preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
