Process Engineer

Are you passionate about developing manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence? In collaboration with our client, we are seek a talented Process Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview: As a Process Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing operations. You'll be responsible for developing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality. This role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize expertise in production machines such as SMT, AOI, Selective Solder, ICT, and Conformal Coating.
• Define, develop, and implement manufacturing methods and processes.
• Conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and drive process improvements.
• Design and deploy production and process improvement tooling.
• Develop machine programs for new products or product transfers.
• Implement corrective actions to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Optimize workforce utilization for workflow, space, ergonomics, and safety.
• Interpret specifications from drawing packages/schematics to estimate requirements.
• Evaluate and select production materials and chemicals.
• Provide input for material specifications, design guidelines, and workmanship standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a four-year college or university.
• Proficiency in engineering-related software and hardware, including AutoCAD.
• Strong MS Windows and Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present information.
• Advanced math skills and reasoning ability.
