Responsibilities

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant Guests to spec
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check Guests' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Must be friendly, happy, upbeat, outgoing, and positive
Observant and responsive, alert to Guests' needs
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with a Team
Engage with guests, efficiently take orders, and serve food + drink
Providing menu recommendations and additional information pertaining to the menu
Remain calm and professional while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Willingness + availability to learn + train prior to going on the floor
Protect establishment and Guests by adhering to sanitation, safety + alcohol beverage control policies

Qualifications

At least 2 years of previous bartending experience working in full-service, high-volume restaurant
People + communication skills
Passion + work ethic for the restaurant industry
Ability to be on your feet and alert for an extended period
Continuous use of hands, arms, bending, reaching, and twisting
Ability to carry 35 pounds as needed
Ability to carry trays as needed
Reliable transportation required
Ability to work in a Team setting
