Residential HVAC Technician

• 3+ years of HVAC experience current driver's license  
• Maine Gas License with Appliance Service Endorsement
• Journeyman Oil 1 & 2 up to 15 GPH License - preferred not required
• Ability, to climb, stand, walk & lift up to 75 lbs, and access construction sites
• Understand and read schematic drawings, engineering, and building plan
• Universal EPA certification required (NH Gas, MA Gas, MA Sheet Metal preferred)
• Highschool diploma or GED

• Servicing and installing HVAC Geothermal equipment for high-end residential customers in their homes
• Excellent customer service, and ability to Troubleshoot, installing & repairing water & heat pumps & Green Energy equipment to make and keep customers happy.
• Experience with green energy or geothermal water-to-water heat pumps, or water-to-air heat pump
• Furnaces, boilers, splits, mini splits, RTU’s (some commercial work may be required)
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems. Obtain any replacement parts, and calibrate systems to manufacturer's recommendations, with brands like American Standard/Trane, Bosch & Carrier
• Represent the company professionally providing excellent customer service
• Enthusiastic team player, with an ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
