Job Description

We are a family dental office that focuses on making sure everyone that comes into our office have a great experience. This philosophy also extends to our staff member. Our team of dedicated providers and staff works closely with each other and are always there to help and support each other.

Currently we are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing practice. We strive to provide an excellent patient experience in our office. You will be part of our dental treatment team and will help provide high quality hygiene services to our patients. We value the quality of our dental care to our patients, so you are given ample time and resources to provide great hygiene care to everyone that comes to our office. You will work closely with our doctor to come up with comprehensive treatment plans that will help improve our patient's overall dental health.

Position detail

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: $48.00 - $52.00 per hour
Expected working hours: 24 – 32 per week
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide excellent patient care and a fun, friendly patient experience
Work with the rest of the office staff to create a smooth and enjoyable patient experience
Provide great hygiene services to our patients that will meet or go beyond the standard of care set by the state board and ADA.
Be efficient and on time, you will help us manage patient flow and we will adjust schedule time/duration accordingly. We strive to have no patient wait time.
Educating patients on oral hygiene/health/disease as well as procedures and services
Perform clinical hygiene functions including but not limited to taking/evaluating radiographs, reviewing medical histories and taking blood pressure, adult/child prophylaxis, non-surgical periodontal therapy, comprehensive treatment planning with doctor
Help with dental assisting as needed

Qualifications and Skills

Dental Hygiene certification from accredited dental hygiene school; pass Texas state licensing board examinations (RDH License Required)
Be comfortable working with both adults and children
Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
Professionalism in all aspects of job
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Good manual dexterity
Extra Language skills a plus
