Box Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate

The Cary Company is seeking a Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate to support our Salt Lake City, UT warehouse (Quality Container Division of The Cary Company).  The driving responsibilities would be using our straight truck and be responsible for delivering and picking up goods in an efficient, courteous and safe manner. Comply with all DOT rules and regulations. This role will also assist our warehouse team in forklift dock work and other tasks. No experience required.

Role:

• Deliver material to businesses, primarily industrial, occasional residential buildings and other facilities as per scheduled routes.
• Warehouse forklift work picking orders, assisting in loading trucks, etc.
• Perform and complete daily pre-trip vehicle inspections.

Requirements:

• Medical Card
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
• Forklift experience a plus
• Possess a clean driving record
• (No CDL Required)
• Perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in various units of measure.
