Responsibilities: - Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment - Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot problems, and make repairs as needed - Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime - Install new machinery and equipment as required

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery and
equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot problems, and make repairs as needed
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Install new machinery and equipment as required
- Complete maintenance and repair logs, and maintain equipment in good working
condition
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure optimal equipment
performance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and
productivity
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in mechanical
maintenance is a plus
- Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic in an industrial or manufacturing
setting, preferably in the food processing or poultry industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical
components
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Excellent attendance
