Slater’s Enterprises is a hospitality group known for creative and exciting restaurant concepts around southern California. This current opportunity is for people interested in launching two new brands here in San Diego. Spitfire and Head Lettuce are two fast casual restaurants side by side in the La Jolla neighborhood close to UTC mall. The two restaurants will be sharing one kitchen and one team. We are hiring for ALL positions and every position has a share of the tip pool!

Spitfire “North of the Border” will specialize in unique taco and burrito combinations like pastrami, kalbi pork belly, al pastor and jerk chicken. All made on vertical rotisserie broilers.
