Job Description

CSA is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day to day operations of site
Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures
Conduct regular inspections of site and security guards
Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports
Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
Must keep up the maintenance on site equipment

Qualifications:

Must have previous experience in a supervisory capacity
Familiarity with security equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Critical thinking skills
Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate response
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Must have flexible schedule availability
Must possess an Armed DC SPO license
Prior military required
