Insurance project BA – 1 position

GENERAL

• Help create &document product roadmap w/ project lead, LOB product manager and variousstakeholders

• Gatherrequirements

  • Help create userroles and/or personas

  • Write userstories w/ acceptance criteria

  • Collaborate withUX/UI designer on wireframes

  • Create BRDs (whennecessary for stakeholders outside of the Innovation Group)

• Help estimate andprioritize requirements w/ product owner & tech lead

  • Backlog grooming

  • Sprint planning

• During sprint

  • Answerdevelopers’ questions

  • Help with QA andUAT

SKILLS

GENERAL:

• Agile as well asWaterfall software development experience

• Experienceworking with a corporate environment

• Strong productmanagement experience in addition to BA skills.

• Must be proactivein dealing with product management and lead project team in absence of productmanagement’s direct involvement

• Someone who isable to work with a product manager in defining product vision when necessary

• Expert at writinguser stories as well as filling out BRDs

• A self-starterwho does not have to be supervised in order to produce results

• Intelligentproblem solver

• Highly articulateand able manage opinionated stakeholders

• Interested infintech

• Experienceworking with a corporate environment (large company setup)

• Prior experienceworking at a startup desirable
