Travel RN - Astoria OR

$2,100 -$2,300/week

We are looking a Travel RN to join our team in Portland area and the Skilled nursing Is in Astoria OR. The Travel RN will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a variety of settings. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced RN to join a growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality patient care in a variety of settings

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition

• Provide education and support to patients and families

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing or compactt for OR

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Benefits:

• 13 week contract Northwest of the Portland area.

• Days 6am -6pm 36 hours a week guaranteed hours
