SUMMARY
Treater tester is responsible to test the copper material as well as inspect and monitor equipment in the Treater Lab, Wet Room, Mix and Chemical storage areas, all Treater areas and Oxidizer area. Also responsible for properly transporting chemical containers, & to efficiently install, set up, & clean equipment parts with proper solvent.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively in the English language is required for all roles.
REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT/TRAINING
AGC follows all required OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standard industry guidelines in-regards to the use of personal protective equipment and safety training required for the specific job function.

$20.00/hour
WORK SCHEDULE/OVERTIME
1st Shift - 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Overtime as required. Business hours.

- Cutting copper material, puncturing holes, and setting into the press.
- Monitor clocking meters to insure testing is done at proper times.
- Get glass from storage area, put on machine.
- Splice in glass for defects while running.
- Report any and all safety violations to lead.
- Perform continuous cleaning , daily.
- Chemical Handling: labeling and disposal.
- This position requires a minimum of a High school diploma or GED.

- Ability to Stand, walk, sit, use of hands to handle, feel, or grasp objects, tools, or controls.
- Reach and lift with hands and arms; lift/move/carry objects up to 25 lbs. in weight.
- Climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
- Ability to talk and hear for safety on the production floor.
- Visual ability to see things in close vision, distance vison, color vision, peripheral vison, depth perception and ability to adjust focus as needed.
$20.00/hour
