Job Title: Structural Fabricator and Welder

Location: Henderson, CO

Compensation Range: $26.00-$32.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Structural Fabricator and Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating production machinery, along with expertise in fabricating and welding various metal components. The role requires the ability to interpret drawings, weld symbols, and specifications accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery efficiently to fabricate and assemble products.
• Cut, fit, weld, and assemble fabricated products according to drawings and specifications.
• Proficiently read and interpret drawings, weld symbols, and specifications.
• Layout and fabricate stairs, rails, beams, columns, and other metal structures.
• Inspect and document product compliance with quality standards.
• Handle materials and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Preferably possess 3+ years of experience in structural fabrication and welding.
• Experience in rail fitting is a plus.
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
• Must pass weld test (3g Fluxcore uphill 3/8" plate no backing).
• Experience with stainless steel and aluminum welding is desirable.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in understanding equipment capacities and maintenance.
• Accurate maintenance of time records.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to improve skills and achieve production goals.
• Communicate effectively with shop foreman and superintendent.
• Ability to perform other assigned tasks as directed.
• Ability to work safely in various environments and heights.
• Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects.
