Duties

• The incumbent will assist Director in daily office activities, schedule and conduct outreach activities, lead investigation of simple and complex cases under the supervision of the SMP Project Director, and other duties as needed.
• Essential to the job is a working understanding of office equipment, Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook a must) and Microsoft Edge. Spread sheets are used as a daily management tool. Prefer candidate to have some graphic design experience (Publisher, Canva).. Must be comfortable and confident speaking in front of a group.
• Must work occasional Saturdays (Spring, Summer, Fall usually)
• Not a full day usually — will have day off during the week
• Candidate should be looking for a full-time job and be committed to the SMP mission (own the job).
• Should be aware that job involves carrying supplies to events, using carts and storage  containers.
• Should be presentable and aware of the dress code.
