Software T-SQL Developer

As a Software Engineer, you will have mentorship from the Lead Web API Developer and have a fast pathway to becoming a Lead Developer.

This is a fully remote role with a top 100 company to work for.

You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing RESTful services and APIs. The position will help support clients in their software development needs in a variety of solutions. The skill/experience level fit for this role is a strong mid to senior-level developer who would like to quickly advance to a lead developer.

Technical Stack and Skills needed:

• Proficiency in the development of RESTful web services With experience Implementing and documenting a variety of software solutions using a REST API framework (Web API)
• Experience with programming in T-SQL, C#, shell scripting, or equivalent programming languages
• Accustomed to working in Entity Framework and .Net Framework and/or .Net Core
• Experience with SSIS and SSAS
• Knowledgeable of the latest software design patterns/techniques and contributes to the technical design of new solutions
• Strong understanding of database design concepts
• Experience in Behavior Driven Development BDD
• Utilization of version control software in team environments (Git/TFS/DevOps)
• Good mentor & coach to junior developers

Required Education/Experience

• We prefer a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field but experience over a degree is valued more
• Typically 10 or more years of experience in software development but more than years of experience, we're interested in your abilities to code in C# and your experience with .NET FRAMEWORK, .NET CORE (ASP.NET), MVC, ENTITY FRAMEWORK, AND REST API
• Experience developing and publishing secure RESTful services for application consumption in the last three years
