Role

As a CNC Grinding Setup Operator (also known as CNC Grinder, Manual Centerless Grinder, Surface Grinder), you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of CNC and manual grinders. You'll ensure parts produced meet quality standards, verify dimensions and material types, and manage consumable tools. You'll also act as a key communication link, resolving operational issues and optimizing efficiency by assigning operators to machinery.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of CNC grinding, manual centerless grinding, and surface grinding operations.
Proficient communication skills for professional interactions.
3-5 years of experience in CNC and manual grinding operations.
Ability to read and interpret product blueprints and specifications accurately.
Knowledge of reading and understanding G-Code programming.
