At Foresight, the Psychiatry Enrollment Specialist is the primary point of contact for our members via phone, email and chat, ensuring they're able to get psychiatric care.

As a Psychiatry Enrollment Specialist, you will:

• Work directly with our members with exceptional customer service skills to support a high volume of incoming and outgoing inquiries via phone, email and chat while working in a fast-paced environment and being adaptable to change
• Enroll our members in psychiatric services and work with our teams to create a seamless member experience
• Effectively utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques to resolve any member issues and support distressed members
• Be a strong communicator, multitasking team player, and tech guru in order to provide coordination of care

What We're Looking For:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience in the mental health field
• One year of experience working in a medical office
• One year of experience scheduling
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Athena, and Salesforce (preferred)
• Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods while sitting at a desk
• Access to a private workspace that complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy guidelines
• A self-starter attitude, with a passion to grow, learn, organize and create in service to improving mental health care

What We Offer:

• A full-time, non-exempt position with a competitive hourly compensation of $18.00
• A schedule of 11 AM to 8 PM CST with 2-3 days in office at our Tulsa office (if local to Tulsa) and the remainder working in a virtual home office
