Client Care Specialist - Overnight

RMHC Dayton provides community, comfort, and hope to families of seriously ill children. This position supports RMHC Dayton's mission through delivering Guest Services and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the House and ensuring the safety and security of guest families outside of traditional office hours.
We are seeking a Client Care Specialist - Overnight to join our team! You will be responsible for helping guest families by:
- Providing support to families
- Answering question about the facility when applicable
- Troubleshoot and resolve guest family issues and concerns
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the space.
Part time shift work from 8pm to 8am
