CNC Machining Maintenance Supervisor

  • Location: Memphis, MI
  • Salary: $30 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will possess a background history working and leading teams in a CNC facility. Must possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maximize productivity.
  • Provide guidance and support to production staff, including training and development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement team to ensure adequate supply of materials.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in a CNC manufacturing environment, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of effectively managing teams.
