Job Description

Job purpose

 

Enviro-Master is hiring! Join a nationwide team of experts dedicated to taking our customers’ commercial cleanliness needs to the next level and keeping important parts of the community such as restaurants, schools, gyms, healthcare, manufacturing, and childcare facilities operational and profitable.

 

Territory Sales Execs (TSEs) are core members of the EM team and are responsible for acquiring new accounts in a designated territory or territories. He or she is responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities by identifying new leads and those identified by the inside sales team, following up, and then communicating & demonstrating the value of the suite of EM services to prospective business owners and decision makers. Once closed, TSEs coordinate installation dates with the Operations team.

 

The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, flexible, and able to effectively manage his or her time. This typically involves making a minimum of 25 in-person cold calls per day, plus follow-ups. TSEs track opportunities daily within the company CRM system and ensure they are maintained as they move through the sales process.

 

Duties and responsibilities

 

  • Complete the Enviro-Master training curriculum for our unique set of deep cleaning and sanitizing services.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the defined territory or territories.
  • Effectively build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Work with the leadership team to formulate strategic and operational objectives.
  • Examine sales KPIs and leverage insights to improve close rates.
  • Perform after-sale quality controls and look for opportunities to upsell.
  • Assist with account retention and collection activities as needed.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Interpersonal skills – Confidence, the ability to listen for the needs of others, and to be able to align those needs with the value offered by Enviro-Master’s unique suite of services.
  • Effectively communicate the EM value proposition that allows business owners to focus on their core businesses, improve profitability, customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Adaptability to understand a business’ unique set of needs, and tailor a set of EM offers to meet or exceed those needs.
  • Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority.
  • Collaborate with EM leadership to identify opportunities to increase opportunity identification, qualification, and improve close rates.
  • Undergraduate or Associates’ Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field is preferred, but not required.

Requirements

 

  • Sales experience with quota and/or pipeline requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of the commercial retail sanitation space, as well as pertinent regulations.
  • Superior organizational skills.

Physical requirements

 

The job requires sitting, physical lifting, bending, standing, and moving of equipment and product on a regular basis.
