Job Description
Superior Aging Care is hiring friendly and compassionate caregivers and companions to work in Dana Point and surrounding communities in OC to support seniors living at home and in facilities.

Here is what you'll do:
- Provide one-on-one care to clients with a variety of needs
- Assist clients with ADL's (bathing, grooming, toileting, medication reminders, personal care); and IADL's (companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and errands
- Follow the care plan and provide digital updates to the Care Team
- Turning, repositioning, and transferring if necessary
Position requirements:
- Proof of negative TB Test
- Ability to physically reposition and transfer clients
- Home Care Aid Registration (HCA); will assist with process
- Prior caregiving experience: at least one year preferred
- CPR/First Aid
- Reliable transportation; proof of CA DL & auto insurance
- Successfully complete required orientation and training
- Ability to read, speak, and write English
