Job Description
We are seeking an RN/LVN Home Health to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
- Care for ill patients i their homes.
- Provide basic patient care and treatment at home.
- Collaborate with Parents to administer prescribed medications.
- Educate and update patients/Parents on medical treatments.
Qualifications:
- 1yr experience in home health.
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with home health
- Ability to build rapport with patients and family.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- familiar with Axxess Software is a plus.
