Responsibilities:

• Conduct observation, assessment, and nursing diagnosis to develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed practitioners.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and families.
• Promote wellness, maintain health, and prevent illness through proactive care.

Qualifications:

• Recent acute care experience preferred, including Med-Surg, PCU, CVICU, or ICU settings.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Valid Florida State Registered Nurse license or appropriate compact licensure.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

• Work in our 50-bed unit specializing in Med/Surg Oncology, Ortho, Trauma, and Psychiatric care.
• Enjoy a supportive team environment with a patient-focused approach.
• Competitive salary range from $29.00/hr (2 years experience) to $42.13/hr (17 years experience).
• Eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 (NIGHTS ONLY).
• Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.
• Shift differentials offered for nights and weekends.
