Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate.
• Assist with feeding and ensure patients' nutritional needs are met according to their dietary plans.
• Provide basic medical care under the supervision of licensed nurses, such as wound care, catheter care, and administering medication as directed.
• Help patients with range of motion exercises and transfers between beds, chairs, and wheelchairs.

• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current and valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or CPR.
• Compassion and empathy for patients, with a desire to provide high-quality care and support.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Physical stamina and endurance to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, bending, and moving patients..
