Seeking out individual(s) who are great with communication skills and able to verbally de-escalate while maintaining details and organization in high-risk situations on an acute stabilization unit. Able to maintain a clear mind and disconnect emotions when dealing with any situational situations. Can maintain composure when adding or directing support in the milieu.

Job Criteria:

At least two years of experience in mental health/ behavioral management.
2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
Knowledgeable of Crisis Interventions and maintaining control in High-Risk situations.
Problem-solving skills
Will be required to walk long distances.
Ability to lift 100 lbs.
Physically demanding
Emotionally Regulated
Self- motivated
Team player
Able to manage internal and external communication of a company policy and procedures.
Excellent observation skills and surveillance skills
Competent with report writing.
Familiar with therapeutic diagnosis and approaches.
Great people skills
