Job Title: Landscape Foreman

Job Status: Full Time (Salary DOE)

Description: Hebron Brick Supply Company landscape design/build division is currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Landscape Foreman. We currently have openings in Fargo / Moorhead. The foreman will be responsible for the daily operation and timely completion of assigned landscape projects. Hands-on management of a crew of three to four employees installing pavers, retaining walls, ponds & water features, plant materials, and other incidentals for residential and commercial landscape projects. Ideal candidates will have excellent people skills, be well organized and detail orientated, leadership abilities, and the aptitude to train.

Qualifications: As the leader of a crew, the foreman must be able to communicate effectively. The crew leader needs good people skills to work with, not only his crew, but the designers, the project coordinator, and the homeowners. Foremen must also have strong organizational and time-management skills, the ability to follow directions, and good record keeping skills to manage materials and expenses. Mechanical skills are essential to make simple repairs. They must have a valid driver’s license to be insurable by company insurance policies.
