This role is critical for those with a zest for learning and contributing to the success of small and micro businesses by handling RFPs from various sources like government, corporate, and nonprofit organizations.

Zoe Whitaker, LLC is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as a Professional Wedding Decorator. This independent contractor position offers a starting pay of $15.00 per hour plus mileage, providing an exciting opportunity to be a part of memorable events while showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.

Your Role:

As a Professional Wedding Decorator, you will be responsible for transforming event spaces into breathtaking settings that provide our clients with peace of mind and a relaxing, enjoyable décor experience. Your work will involve the installation, adjustment, and dismantling of wedding and event decorations and flowers, ensuring everything is executed on time and with the highest level of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and dismantle event decorations and flowers safely and according to industry standards.

- Engage in strategic planning for event setups, including working split shifts and managing room flips during events.

- Work autonomously, solve problems effectively, and collaborate with the onsite team to deliver exceptional service.

- Maintain a keen eye for identifying more efficient, cost-effective decoration solutions.

- Uphold the highest safety standards, ensuring no decoration poses a risk to attendees or the venue.

- Participate actively in team efforts, contributing to a positive and cohesive working environment.

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, climbing, and working on a ladder.

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

- A commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect, adhering to company policies, and maintaining professionalism in all business communications.

- Availability for split shifts and flexibility to cover the full scope of assigned events, from setup to breakdown.

- Compliance with all government laws, company policies, and confidentiality agreements.
