Job Description

The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates the needs of assigned patients, establishes goals and provides interventions to assist the patient in achieving independence with activities of daily living. Effectively interacts with patients, doctors and other healthcare members.

Assess, plan, treat, evaluate and implement a POC for all clients seen
Demonstrates understanding of admission process, treatment costs, coding, financial support & appropriate billing
Communicates and interacts with patients, families, physicians and staff demonstrating behavior consistent with the hospital's core values
Completes documentation of all patient care activities in a timely manner in the electronic medical record.
Ability to transfer and position patients.

Requirement description :

1 year Home Health OT experience - REQUIRED
Valid drivers license and car insurance - REQUIRED
COVID vaccination required - DECLINATIONS WILL NOT BE APPROVED **Please add vaccination status in the profile**
OASIS and start of care experience - strongly preferred
