Rimrock Wellness Center in Grand Junction, CO is looking for a DC.

We are a membership practice that specializes in convenient and affordable ongoing wellness chiropractic care. We have an open adjusting bay with three (normally four) adjusting tables. We use Platinum System with member cards and a calling system. We are the largest and busiest chiropractic clinic in town. One of our docs is moving in July and we need to find a qualified replacement.

We use mostly hands-on techniques such as diversified, drops, some flexion-distraction, and Impulse. We also incorporate a little TRT/MC2 when needed. The applicant should be comfortable and competent in hands-on adjusting. Some other technique training is available.

We start out at $40-50 an hour ($4000 a month gross) with a chance for profit share after 90 days and 401k after a year with up to 4% matching. The DCs in the office work about 20.5 hours a week give or take. More hours could be available. Pay raises are available with increased profit and revenues.

We are looking for a personable and motivated chiropractor that is looking for a structured clinical setting without all the white coats and stethoscopes. You will see a high volume of patients (100 visits a day between 3 DCs). We use electronic health care records so charting is a breeze (no staying after hours to get caught up on charts). We are looking for a chiropractor that can appreciate the beauty of convenient and affordable chiropractic care in an atmosphere with no therapies or modalities, no health insurance, and no need for large pre-pay care plans. We are a membership-based practice encouraging regular chiropractic care on monthly memberships. Our office also offers Zerona laser fat loss and we have 5 massage therapists.

The office is located in Western Colorado. We are a very active community known for some of the best mountain biking in the world. We have skiing 45 minutes away, whitewater rafting, hiking, and more. We are also known for our wineries and are a Colorado version of Napa Valley. We enjoy a high quality of living, plenty of recreation opportunities, a good choice of public, private, and charter schools as well as a vibrant Art and Music community. We are home to the Junior College World Series (JUCO) each year, Colorado Mesa University, Country Jam Concert, and plenty of other festivals and concerts. The Colorado and Gunnison rivers join together in town, giving to the city's name, Grand Junction. The city of Grand Junction sits in the Grand Valley, with the small, quaint town of Palisade (wine county) to the East and Fruita (mountain biking capital of the US) to the West. Denver is 4 hours to the East and Moab Utah is 2 hours to the West.
