We are seeking a talented CyberArk Engineer with an expertise in designing and implementing the CyberArk products. Capability to design solutions to support CyberArk application, system, software and infrastructure integrations for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) . Services include support to architecture, installation, configuration, integration, development instrumentation, policy development, ATO achievement and maintenance, and organizational change management. Duties consist of integrating, configuring, and managing CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) for a DoD client. However, the candidate will also participate in security advisory activities, including troubleshooting, planning, and design of cybersecurity solutions with a focus on identity and access management. The selected candidate must be well versed in architectural best practices and applying them across a breadth of technologies to solve an organizational problem. You should be capable of articulating your views on the future development of technology to varying audiences, and you should understand the interaction between user identity and data access. This role can be primarily remote with ability to travel to Alexandria, VA on 1 or 2 days a week or remote basis based on the client requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

Senior CyberArk Senior Engineer with overall 10 years of relevant IT experience. Preferably certified in CyberArk products(s) to assist in the implementation or administration of CyberArk. Works independently to address the customer's requirements to provide high end consulting services:

  • Conduct design and information gathering workshops to gather customer requirements to understand the customer’s existing data sources and technical requirements for integrating and maintaining CyberArk PAM tools.
  • Assist in the preparation of security artifacts involving CyberArk product(s) to obtain ATO for customer's enterprise environment.
  • Assist the Customer in maintaining their deployed solution; this will be specific to the CyberArk product(s) deployed by the Customer.
  • Support design and planning of new identity platforms utilizing CyberArk product(s) for granting additional privileges.
  • Understand the Customer’s organizational structure and become familiar with the Customer’s data source owners, support processes and change management procedures to help in designing a solution that is scalable and sustainable.

Required Skills:

  • Must have 6+ Years experience with PAM solutions; with explicit 5+ years of CyberArk experience.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of computer networks and domains, particularly Microsoft technologies
  • Flexible, with the ability to work independently on various technical activities and be able manage one’s time between multiple projects and activities (multitasking capabilities)
  • Experience with projects across development lifecycles (analysis through implementation)
  • Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize competing requirements.
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail with good oral and written communications skills.
  • Must have minimum DoD Secret Clearance; Must be a US citizen.
  • Able to meet DoD 8570 IAT II Certification requirements like Security + Certification

Desired Skills:

  • Deep Windows, Linux, AWS/Azure Application Identity expertise
  • Understanding of LDAP-based identity stores like Windows Active Directory
  • Experience with shell scripting and/or PowerShell
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL
  • Training or technical certifications for PAM tools

Education/ Level of Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer science, IT related field, or equivalent work experience
