Lead Residential HVAC Installer

All Heart Heating & Cooling is currently hiring for a full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installer to oversee our installation team while performing residential installs in the Bakersfield, CA area. This HVAC technician position typically works Monday-Friday from 7 am - 3:30 pm. We pay our Lead Residential HVAC Installers a competitive wage of $28-$40 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance spiffs.
