Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Production Manager to manage 25+ machinists. We are seeking someone familiar with machine shop operations and scheduling and planning jobs in a smaller machine shop.
Responsibilties:
- Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of shop associates
- Production planning and scheduling jobs for machines
- Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
- Generate employee efficiency reports
Qualifications:
- 5+ of hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment
- 2+ Leadership/supervisor experience
- ITAR compliant - US Passport, US Birth Certificate, Permanent Resident Card, Certificate of Naturalization
- Experience planning/scheduling jobs using an ERP
- Experience running employee efficiency reports daily
- Comfortable being 100% on the plant floor
- AS9001 knowledge
- Experience with internal audits
