Job Description

Are you an experienced automotive maintenance specialist looking for an exciting new opportunity? We're looking for a lube service technician to perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, tire rotations, light bulb replacements, and inspections at our high-volume shop. You'll build relationships with customers and advise them on essential maintenance needs. Our ideal candidate has some previous auto technician experience and the ability to learn the maintenance requirements of a variety of different automobiles. Responsibilities:

Check tire pressure and tread depth, and lubricate chassis components
Conduct oil changes and fluid inspections on customer vehicles, including emptying and refilling engine oil and checking and refilling transmission, brake, power steering, and coolant fluids
Document all service procedures performed and parts installed or replaced
Ensure the shop floor and other work spaces are clean, and follow all safety guidelines as required

Qualifications:

Comfortable using car lifts, jacks, and other garage equipment safely
This position requires excellent customer service skills
1+ years of experience as a lube technician or related automotive experience desired
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds (or more) is required
