Role

As a Machinist Foreman (also known as CNC Supervisor, Production Team Leader), you'll oversee production operations, manage team members, ensure quality control, and contribute to strategic scheduling. You'll also communicate effectively with your team, providing leadership, mentoring, and fostering a positive work culture. Your role will involve compliance with safety, policies, and procedures, as well as managing departmental resources.

Qualifications

Proficiency in GD&T, manual machining skills, G-Code, and blueprint reading.
Experience with CAD software, CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC), CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), CNC Lathe (5+ axis), CNC Lathe (2-4 axis), and Vertical Lathe.
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, are required. A driver's license and forklift license are also necessary.
