Job Description:
TeamGOV Inc. is looking for a skilled Operations and Maintenance Superintendent responsible for the maintenance of Facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and direct activities to achieve project goals within specified timeframes and funding parameters.
• Analyze project requirements, establish schedules, and set procedures to meet project objectives, including complex contracting applications.
• Collaborate with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, providing accurate status reports and addressing concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare project reports for management and clients, ensuring timely completion and adherence to forecasted costs.
• Facilitate the procurement of subcontract agreements and project documentation as necessary.
• Experience managing a building of 400,000 square feet
• GSA experience would be given preferential treatment.
