The Buffalo office of Lippes Mathias LLP is seeking a well-credentialed commercial real estate associate with 1-5 years of broad commercial real estate experience or corporate experience to join our growing firm and sophisticated real estate practice.

Strong communication skills are required. An ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents and closing documents. Experience reviewing and resolving title and survey issues is preferred, but not required. Excellent academic credentials and analytical skills are also required. The attorney selected for this position must be a self-starter and will have the opportunity for immediate, direct, client contact.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York State. Other jurisdiction admissions would be welcomed but are not required.

Salary range DOE: $100,000-$130,000/year

The pay range provided in this listing is a good faith estimate for this position based on the location that we are hiring for. Criteria included but not limited to, skill level, education, and experience, will determine where a candidate falls within the range.
