Launch Pad Learning, a dynamic and growing preschool education company, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is eager to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and share their energy and creativity in a diverse learning environment.

Position: Early Childhood Educator
Status: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday – Friday (8-hour shifts)
Salary: $17 - $25 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)
Location: north Long Beach, Long Beach, CA 90805

Who We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: Associate's Degree (required), Bachelor's degree (preferred); 12 ECE units minimum (PAID TRAINING for candidates with BS/BA/AA and less than 12 ECEs); CA Child Development Permit or ability to acquire one.
  
• Experience & Certifications: 6+ months in childcare (preferred); CPR/First Aid certified (preferred).
  
• Skills: Strong communication skills, bilingual a plus, commitment to health and safety protocols.
